Third Sunday Yoga Gets Refreshed

Lanie Flanagan • August 27, 2025

Third Sunday Yoga has a new name and new offerings.

We want to invite you to join The Partners Path in a special time dedicated to nourishing and strengthening you! We are retaining the regular third Sunday gathering  from 6pm to 7pm (Central)  and expanding the offerings in this space to create what we're calling the "Third Sunday Tune-Up."

The Tune-Up will still be hosted Lanie Flanagan, along with other community members who will guide us during our time together on Zoom. We will begin this time centering with some breathwork, followed by offerings such as yoga, meditation, journaling, and arts and crafts. We will leave some time at the end of our gathering  to socialize and connect with one another, as well.

We want this to be a sacred time that you can set aside each month for you. We will open up and hold space in The Partner's Path Zoom meeting where cameras can be on or off as you tune into your body and mind. All activities are optional. Napping and enjoying a cup of tea are encouraged! The possibilities are endless, and along the way, perhaps you will find some tools for relaxation and nourishment to add to your tool kit.

We hope you join the tune-up! To get the link for the Zoom room, either email Lanie or register for an upcoming session.

Lanie Flanagan is a certified yoga instructor with 500 hours of training in the Kripalu yogic methodology.
